"It was a great suite, we just ran into a few issues like a clogged shower drain, and a TV that was malfunctioning. The issues we had with the mini fridge and microwave was fixed immediately and they managed to fix the drains a bit. Overall though, i would definitely go back for another stay."

"The hotel rooms are dated and the plumbing is awful! The toilet continually runs and the shower pressure was non existent. Please update your hotel! The staff were really nice and helpful! I hate I had to pay for parking though!"

"Everything was amazing and I would have given 5 stars except the pool was down the whole time we were there. I specifically booked this hotel because it was spring break for my children and it was the only hotel in the area with an indoor pool. I booked through Expedia and no where on there did it say the pool was out of order. So this was an inconvenience. Everything else was great. "

"Pros:The breakfast was Amazing. Front staff was very friendly especially the young lady with the dreads. Elevators were prompt no wait time. Great location! Cons: The water in room 814 was cold. I mentioned to front desk a ticket for maintenance was placed and still cold water. I was heating water in the microwave for my kids. Hot tub did not work. Pull out mattress had spring poking in every direction and rooms can be updated. "

"Breakfast is hotel breakfast, elevator near the room didn’t work so we had to walk all the way across the hotel to the main elevator which is very slowww. There were no sheets or pillows for the pullout. When we checked in there were some random sweatpants and a towel in the closet. Overall the quality is a 5/10. Price was good but you get what you pay for. "
