Unit C, Spirit of Folly, Pet Friendly, 2 short blocks - 100 yards to the beach

  • Welcome to the "Spirit of Folly", a vacation rental that embodies the long history of the Folly Beach community. This tri-plex, 2 short blocks (100 yards) to the beach and 5 blocks from restaurants, bars, and shopping, was built in the mid 20th century and renovated in 2022. The two-bedroom one bath unit has two luxurious king beds and an expansive backyard with classic old oaks providing shade. For a more spacious shower (small shower inside) use the enclosed outdoor shower behind unit C and shared by both units. Walk out the back yard for direct access to the City Park, with a playground, tennis & basketball courts, and a dog park. The unit boasts a full kitchen and multiple off-street parking spots (front and back). Please note you will need to navigate two steps down to access the property. Not enough room? Rent Unit B (listing #2847570) to double the size. Owners live upstairs.

This hidden gem is small, but mighty. It was perfect for what we needed and was well equipped for our stay. Communication with the host was quick and easy, and the location can’t be beat for Folly if you’re not looking for front beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Bachelorette Weekend Perfection

This was the perfect little place to stay for a weekend. Such a great location to the beach, downtown Folly, and less than 30 minutes to Charleston! Such a clean and beautiful house. The owners were so kind and helpful throughout our stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The outdoor shower was a favorite and was a Godsend when bringing 3 kiddos back from a day at the beach. We especially enjoyed the dog park right across the street for our little pug, Flint. The location is perfect for a relaxing vacation to Folly Beach!

This place was absolutely perfect. So walkable to downtown and the beach. Place was super clean. Beds were comfy. The hosts were absolutely amazing going above and beyond in quite a few instances!! We can’t wait to come back!
