The home was exactly as described in the listing. The location was one block to the beach, 5 min drive to downtown Folly beach and 20 min drive to downtown Charleston. It was just as gorgeous in person as it was in the photos. We enjoyed a lovely week there. While the property was outstanding for the most part there were problems with the home - garbage disposal didn’t work, shower handle falling off and some simple fixes that were never repaired during our stay. This was the place! An upscale house with a bedroom and bathroom for each couple, a bedroom with bunkbeds for all the kids, a pool, and within walking distance to the beach. This house was perfect in that everyone had their own space to sleep, own bathrooms to get ready for the wedding festivities and there was always a space to relax and find some quiet time. There was a well stocked kitchen and loved the large island to serve everything and the super wine fridge that worked for seltzers and beer as well. Our property manager, Hannah, was prompt in returning messages and addressing any issues. The beach access was right across from the property which made it super convenient. ##### Beth M.
