I would like to especially recognize Michel Cannarozzo, the Front Office Manager, whose professionalism and kindness elevated the entire experience. From the moment of arrival, Michel made me feel not only welcomed but truly cared for. His attentiveness, thoughtful recommendations, and effortless ability to anticipate a guest’s needs reflect the very best of Italian hospitality. Though my stay was brief, it was memorable in every way. Lorenzo in particular went out of his way to help us with issues ranging from COVID testing issues to booking fantastic restaurants. Carmen was helpful and warm as well, as were the restaurant staff who made us feel welcome and in a home away from home. Fantastic food and ambience at both the hotel and the restaurant as well. This was not our first stay at The Place Firenze and will certainly not be our last.
