I stayed here for one night on the way to a workshop and it was perfect as it was in a central location (steps from the leather market and central market) and also near the train station. Nycolas was very friendly and greeted me with a map and some lovely food recommendations. Check in was a bit complex, especially when arriving late at night. Although it's true the owner sent a video on how to open the 3 locks in the building, when you travel you don't always have time to check videos online and you just want to get in in a simple way. Overall it is was a comfortable stay with basic amenities. Communication was all digital and there was no reception. Door codes are given for the main door and lock boxes are in the communal area for door keys. It is super noisy almost until 11 pm and then you get the city cleaning truck around midnight. Then again at 5 am they will start setting the leather market again so you basically get 4-5 hours of sleep without counting the people coming out of bars late at night. The good part of the residence is the proximity to the train station and tourist places to see, it is all walking distance. The person in staff seemed to be very moody and annoyed when we asked her a couple questions through the phone.
