I loved my stay at this property. The location was perfect and within walking distance to all the sites and museums. The staff were excellent especially Dexter. The first room I reserved had loud A/C, and he was able to move me to a quieter room. If you book here, just note that there is no elevator, the entrance is hidden behind a restaurant, and the WiFi was not very good. Other than that, loved the room and the decor.

In the Heart of Florence it’s an older hotel but non the less wonderful! Everything was perfect from check in to check out. Breakfast is delicious and well thought through. The room was excellent and really nice was the table in the lobby/sitting area with fruits, wine and limoncello for the guests. What a wonderful addition to a perfect stay.

The location was second to none. Having a wonderful breakfast included was also incredible. Planning out the day was so convenient when you knew you could stop by your accommodation to change or clean up without having to go out of your way. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning meant our room was also comfortable even when it was 35C outside. We would stay again if we find ourselves in Florence again.

A hotel with an exceptional and unbeatable location. Our room was beautiful, with a unique and thoughtfully designed décor that made it feel truly special. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept well; however, because of the central location, there can occasionally be some street noise. The breakfast was simple yet well-rounded, offering a good selection of tasty options. One area that could be improved is the Wi-Fi, as the internet connection was not very reliable during our stay. Overall, the hotel provides a welcoming, comfortable, and enjoyable atmosphere, making it an excellent place to stay while exploring the city.
