Location was usually within 10 min of what we wanted to see. Staff was super helpful with recommendations & with helping to track our lost luggage. On site FULL breakfast was high quality and served individually, not just a buffet sitting out for hours. Eggs & bacon, fresh juice, fruit, pastries, coffees. That alone saved us money & time. Can’t say enough good things!!! Would definitely return.

We cannot wait to go back and visit! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel and the staff. The room was incredible, comfortable, charming, and well-maintained! The breakfast was delicious. The lounge was lovely. The staff was so friendly, so helpful, so kind, and so caring! The hospitality was at 100%! That attention to detail made this our favorite hotel experience in all of Italy! We literally got home and started looking at dates we could go back! What a hidden gem! Perfectly situated to enjoy all of Florence, our stay here felt like we were visiting friends. Breakfast was amazing and our room was comfortable, clean and filled with beautiful antiques. Highly recommend this special place!

This is a really special hotel that I won’t forget. It had a home like feel and the staff were so helpful and kind. The breakfast was really lovely. We had a great stay here. Was able to check in early and they let us keep the room for the entire next day of our check out day because no one was in it. Staff was super helpful and welcoming. We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful stay. The location was incredible and made it so easy to explore Florence on foot. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had lots of character. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and we especially appreciated the complimentary drinks and the excellent breakfast each morning. We would absolutely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Sebastian, who was incredibly helpful and resourceful. The room was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was absolutely spectacular, with great quality. What truly stands out is the service — the staff is unbelievably friendly and welcoming, on another level compared to most places. And the location… wow. I honestly can’t imagine a better spot to stay. Highly recommended!
