Beautiful, spacious rooms, located away from the crowds, in the Oltrarno, fantastic breakfast included, and an easy walk to restaurants, shopping, Ponte Vechio bridge, Uffizi, Duoma, etc We drove in and the hotel made arrangements with a patking garage minutes away

Our stay at Casa Botticelli exceeded our expectations. Upon check-in we were welcomed with a wonderful bottle of Chianti in our beautifully appointed room. The host helped recommend museums and local trattorias for us to visit during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the thoughtful breakfast in the mornings as well as the evening sweet wine and biscotti. We can’t wait to go back to Casa Botticelli!

Lovely hotel

The room was spacious and lovely! The location was great as you are on the other side of the river from the touristy things (like the duomo), but surrounded by more unique restaurants and shops. Breakfast was superb and Roberta was so kind and accommodating

We loved Roberta at check in -- she gave us a warm friendly welcome and an excellent restaurant recommendation. The room was well appointed and the lounge area lovely. Unfortunately the breakfast was mediocre and the morning staff were disinterested and dismissive.

Great daily breakfast. Awesome location and big rooms. Hidden gem. Washrooms a bit dark. We did have an issue with housekeeping one night but management more than made up for it. Highly recommend.

Best Experience in Florence!

Casa Botticelli exceeded our expectations in every way! Roberta was an excellent host who made us feel right at home. This was a family home that has been transformed into a hotel which brought a level of comfort and peace to the entire place. The common room was fabulous and we went to sleep gazing at the beautiful mural that was painted on the ceiling of our room. No detail has been over looked and if you are want an affordable hotel, located perfectly in Florence with breakfast included do not hesitate to book Casa Botticelli

Ok Bed and breakfast

Its a perfectly acceptable bed and breakfast stay but not a luxurious stay or at the price we paid. The photos are misleading. The rooms are very small and have been partioned so you can hear everyone walking in the corridors and going into their rooms. Staff were very nice and attentive but it lacks the amenities of a proper hotel which at this price it should be providing.

Lovely location. My room was a generous size and the bed and linens were definitely up to snuff. The breakfast area was lovely and the food choices quite broad and nicely laid out. My only reservation about full top marks would be the access from the street. It's in an old building, old style Florence, so you have to pass through 2 doors/gates through a somewhat rough and old looking main building lobby entrance, which is not nearly as nice as the hotel inside and the elevator is slow, very tiny like many in EU (but not good for claustrophobics) and quite noisy (it beeps at you whenever the doors are open as a reminder to close them). But the poised and attentive staff more than made up for any shortcomings and inconvenience.

Wonderful place to stay in Florence

One of our favorite stays of our multi city trip. Very comfortable and quaint room. Really good breakfast and the evening aperitifs were yummy as well. About one mile from the train station so it was walkable.

We loved the hotel and the staff are amazing. My wife hugged the owner at checkout. Easy walk to downtown Florence. Also, great restaurants right near the hotel. Ask for recommendations. Get a tour for David statue. Saves a bunch of time. Breakfast was really good. Would stay every time in Florence.

Fantastisk beliggenhed. Meget venligt personale. Smukt værelse. En oplevelse ud over det sædvanlige at opholde sig i en så smuk bygning. En vidunderlig tidslomme. Dog kunne værelset godt bruge en hovedrengøring, meget snavs under sengen. Dejligt med badekar på værelset men kedeligt at finde gamle kondom pakker bagved badekar.
