"The room was clean and spacious. However, we were only given one very flat pillow each. We would have appreciated two pillows per person for a better nights sleep. The breakfast was just okay. The location was great. The front desk employees were very helpful."

The room was not properly cleaned—there were clothes left behind in the wardrobe from a previous guest. The WiFi was extremely weak, often unusable or completely unavailable. There is no front desk or staff on-site, so getting assistance is difficult. Additionally, the property description is misleading, and the location is much farther from the airport than expected.*there is also no soap, Shampoo..*. This hotel( motel) is located at residential area, actually is in alley. No staffs at site, no English. On hotel.com it’s marked as “3 stars”, it’s a scam."

"Nice place modern . I would recommend you go to the shop for supplies before going to the villa as no shops local . Host was not helpful we had a very dirty unusable kettle host just said I don’t t have another one.we had a snowstorm around 50 cm host did not check if we needed anything or provide anything to clear path . Very disappointing with host ."

There were a few essentials missing when we arrived (paper towels, trash bags, etc), but we had a very last minute booking - so it was totally understandable. The property manager was very quick to address it and he was very attentive throughout the week. The one improvement I would suggest is an additional gate remote and house key. "
