The house is located in the small village of Varigotti Chien on the hillside in a beautiful natural setting surrounded by olive trees. The landscape, the gardens and terraces of this house will be the first features that will leave you in awe. Moreover atmosphere, parking, garden, terrace and the possibility to bring your dog, are the features that can make you enjoy your holiday. My accommodation is suitable for couples, families with children and groups of friends for up to 8 people. Unfortunately we can not accommodate cats for allergy problems from some elements of the owning family. Inside you will find the cozy living room with fireplace and sofa bed, the kitchen, a small bathroom and the dining room. Through the elevator or taking the stairs outside, you can go upstairs. Here you will find two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large terrace. room 1: double bed and possibility of adding a cot. Sea view and access to the terrace. room 2: a bunk bed and two single beds that can also be combined into a double bed depending on the needs of the guests. Sea View. You can access the house by car or with a beautiful path through the olive groves to go on foot in 3 minutes. There are two parking spaces available: one directly behind the house and reachable by car along a slightly winding road which, I recommend only to people who are safe and expert in driving; the second, with private access, is located just below the village and connects directly to the path between the olive trees mentioned above. My advice is to use this last as faster to both the home and in the country. Country and beach are 15 cc min from home on foot or by car. Guests will be completely independent. I will be in the house opposite the entrance. So if necessary, you should have no trouble to find me. At check-in and check-out will be present! The area is completely surrounded by nature: you get lost between the blue sea that occupies much of the view between the green of nature that surrounds the house. To reach the center, beach and shops it takes 15 minutes. My advice is to use the car as little in busy periods in the country there is little parking available. Varigotti offers several beaches, beaches, beaches equipped, beach volleyball, restaurants, open-air cinema and shops for basic necessities. For those who love the beach recommend spending at least one day in the beach of the bay of the Saracens. Here the sea and the beach make you forget for a moment to be in Liguria: clear water, shallow water, fine sand and clear characterize it. Varigotti also offers two beaches equipped for dogs. The Final 24h In the same valley you can also go horse riding Moving on Finale Ligure you can also practice climbing For the good gustai, I recommend trying one of the many typical trattorias that are located inland between Le Manie and Finale Ligure. From Varigotti you can easily reach different locations of the Riviera: Noli, Finale, Spotorno, Loano, Albenga and Savona On the main road there is also a bus stop connecting to all these countries. Propriétaire très disponible Sachant des le départ que l’accès ne serait pas facile pour mon mari en fauteuil la propriétaire a fait le maximum pour nous aider à l’arrivée comme pour le départ ! Situation de rêve à tous les niveaux pour cette maison sans aucun vis à vis Avec une vue mer à 210 degrés et toujours de l’air bienvenu en Été !!! Mais il vaut mieux être sportif même si le parking intermédiaire fermé et à l’ombre mis à notre disposition facilite les accès ! Mieux vaut une petite voiture pas trop basse et manœuvrante pour la dernière partie magnifique pour un pilote de rallye sur voie quasiment unique! Séjour de 7 nuits en août 2017 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Sascha M. 18 juill. 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Licht und Schatten \- Tolle Landschaft. - Haus sehr schön und geräumig. - Garten und Aussichten phänomenal, unbeschreiblich schön. - Einrichtung zweckmäßig aber sehr einfach, besonders die Schlafzimmer - Bäder könnten eine Renovierung gebrauchen - Zufahrt zu Haus ist nicht akzeptabel, eine Zumutung. Ein super steiler, kurviger Weg. Von einer Straße möchte ich hier nicht sprechen. Sehr, sehr eng. Bei Gegenverkehr gibt es ein Problem. Bei den Kurven musste ich immer Zurücksetzen damit ich um die Kurve kam. Am besten ein kleines Auto und mit höherem Radstand. Eine größere Limosine könnte sich den Auspuff abreisen oder in den Kurven aufsetzen. Bei diesem Zufahrtsweg überlegt man es sich zweimal ob man für ein Pfund Kaffee nach unten fährt. Wir sind zum Supermarkt und haben den Kofferraum voll geladen. Auf halbem Weg von Varigotti gibt es noch einen Parkplatz und danach geht es über Treppen nach oben. Machbar, aber mit Einkäufen ? Wir waren im Urlaub und nicht im Bootcamp. Gleicher Weg führt auch zum Strand, der sehr schön war und einige Restaurants zu bieten hatte. Aber den Aufstieg nicht vergessen (30 Min) und deshalb nicht zu viel essen (hahaha). - Müllentsorgung: Es gibt natürlich keine Mülltonnen, wer sollte die auch abholen. Der Müll muss nach unten (Varigotti) gebracht und entsorgt werden. Wir hatten trotzdem einen schönen, wenn auch anderen, Urlaub. Im Haus und auf dem Grundstück haben wir uns sehr Wohl gefühlt. ##### Sascha M. Die Zufahrt mit dem PKW sicherlich auch machbar, aber längst nicht so schnell wie zu Fuß über die Treppen. Das Haus ist sensationell!!! Es versprüht einen Charme von italienischer Wohnkultur in einer top Lage. Der großzügige Eingangsbereich mit seinen Gewölbedecken heißt einen nach über 12 Stunden Autofahrt willkommen. Daran angeschlossen findet sich die Küche und der Wohnbereich die nicht minder einladend sind. Alle Fenster sind mit Mosquito-Netzen ausgestattet, so dass man den ganzen Tag die frische Berg und Meeres Luft im Haus genießen kann. Im Obergeschoß sind die Schlafbereiche die man entweder über die Außentreppe oder aber über den Aufzug erreichen kann. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Silvia war jederzeit für haustechnische Fragen für uns erreichbar und konnte uns auch jeweils immer weiterhelfen. Schlussendlich können wir das Casa di Chien und Silvia nur weiterempfehlen. Es war wirklich eine tolle Zeit vor Ort um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Lieben Dank Silvia. ##### Lars F. Rund um die Uhr die unglaubliche Aussicht, den gepflegten Garten mit den vielen blühenden Pflanzen und die Nähe zum Meer genießen und sogar hören zu können, war einfach genial. Um im Haus anzukommen, muss man einige Strapazen in Kauf nehmen und auch die Einkäufe sind daher gut zu planen, aber das erkennt man ja im Vorfeld aus der Beschreibung des Ferienhauses. Ein wenig lästig waren die vielen Schnaken, die wir nur mit viel Schnakenspray in den Griff bekamen, dennoch wären wir gerne noch einige Tage geblieben und kämen jederzeit wieder zurück, falls wir wieder mal in Varigotti Urlaub machen würden. Die Vermieterin Silvia stand jederzeit als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung und ermöglichte uns eine Abreise nach Wunsch trotz der frühen Uhrzeit. Vielen Dank!!! ##### Petra v. There is air conditioning in both of the bedrooms, which are upstairs, but we also had a lovely cooling breeze through the house - even at the start of July. There is a sofa bed in a separate living room area downstairs, with its own access to the garden so this worked really well for our 15 year old son. one of the nicest things about staying here was sitting outside in the evenings, enjoying the view, and amazingly the sound of the sea lapping on the pebble beach, even though it is quite far away. Alles war gut ausgestattet. Nur die Aufstieg nach einem Strandtag war anstrengend. Wir haben die Fahrt nach oben einige Male gemacht. Das ist schon sehr aufregend. Nur für sehr geübte Fahrer zu empfehlen. Der Garten und die Außenanlagen waren toll. Die Zimmer zum Schlafen waren mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Sehr angenehmen. Der Blick ist atemberaubend, von der Dachterrasse am Abend oder morgen, von den drei verschiedenen Ebenen des Gartens unter der Pinie oder dem Sonnenschirm- einfach großartig! Das Haus hat im Erdgeschoss einen wirklich großzügigen und schönen Wohn-Ess-Bereich und eine funktionale Küche, so wie es der Platz des Hauses am Steilhang erlaubt. Ausgang direkt nach draußen zur Terrasse. Aufgang zum ersten Stock mit einem großen Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem Kinderschlafzimmer mit 4 Betten, beide mit Klimaanlage. Man kann aber auch sehr gut quer lüften. Man ist in diesem Haus abgeschieden, da es zu einer winzigen, sehr ursprünglichen Häuserandammlung oberhalb der Serpentinenstraße gehört und doch mittendrin durch den Blick über die gesamte Bucht. Silvia ist super nett und unkompliziert. Sie ist immer zu erreichen und hilft zu Beginn und am Ende mit dem Transport der Koffer über die nur für kleinere Autos zu empfehlende Straße direkt zum Haus. Familien mit sehr kleinen Kindern oder sehr alte Gäste könnte der tägliche 3 minütige Aufstieg über die Treppenstufen vom privaten Parkplatz zum Haus anstrengend sein. Wir haben drei Jungs, die auch bei den Einkäufen gerne mit angepackt haben. Belohnt wird man mit einer- nicht übertrieben- einzigartigen Lage. Absolut empfehlenswert! ##### S H. Pulita e ben tenuta all'esterno e interno Bella casa in collina con splendida vista su Varigotti. Pulita e ben tenuta sia all'interno che all'esterno, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole con famiglia e cani al seguito. Il tragitto per arrivare in spiaggia e un po' lungo e faticoso soprattutto al ritorno, ma se vi piace passeggiare ne vale la pena per il panorama che si gode dal giardino e dal terrazzo. This is a beautiful multi-level property, with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and a kitchen, breakfast area, dining room (with armchairs), living room/bedroom 3 and shower room downstairs There is plenty of room for a family (we are a family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 teenagers). It has the added fun of a lift from the breakfast area to the upstairs bedrooms (there are also outside stairs). The best thing about this property are the stunning sea views which there are from the garden and most of the windows, these are totally gorgeous both day and night! Outside there are several terraces to sit on including a roof terrace, garden terrace with a small pool (with room for 4 to sit in), a terrace with a vine covered table and a grassed terrace to sun bathe - all with the sea views! The garden itself is lovely with both sunny and shady areas.The house is very comfortable, pretty and well equipped. Silvia was great at meeting us on our arrival and once she had showed us where to park she drove our luggage up to the house and showed us around. Silvia was very helpful and friendly! There is an lockable car park area below the house, then a climb of around 200 steps to the house itself. It is possible to drive up to the house and park but we didn't try as the road is tricky and we were happy to climb the steps. The views made the climb absolutely worthwhile! We enjoyed visiting Varigotti (which is walkable from the house if you are happy with the stepped path). It has some nice restaurants and an attractive old town area with a family friendly good beach (both private and public areas). One evening when we were there there was a small craft market and live band playing, which gave a lovely atmosphere. Finale Ligure is a 10 min drive with plenty of good sea front restaurants, an old town area and Piazza. Noli is a 10 min drive in the opposite direction from the house. We particularly enjoyed the small pretty old town and beaches there. Comfortable main bedroom, smaller second bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen and roomy downstairs. Views must be some of the best in Italy. Talk to Silvia about access to the property - either many stairs or a drive along a hilly and narrow road. Silvia is very helpful and friendly - lives opposite at weekends and is very helpful with checking in and out and shifting bags and easily available on the telephone during the week. ##### Kate D. The kitchen was fully usable with plenty of pots and pans, full amenities, and basic supplies. The house has a very solid feeling and everything works. The garden is well maintained and plants are lovely. The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming. Access is however a bit difficult. It is not really accessible by car to just anyone, the road being narrow, steep in sections and sinuous. But it is really only a 2-3 minute walk up from the parking area via stairs. Unfortunately, we didn't understand this when we reserved. The walk to town is not that far and I even biked back up the hill along the main road once with my 8 year old daughter. With her specialized knowledge of the road, Silvia was there upon our arrival to bring our things from the parking area to the house with her car. And when we left, she was there to help bring them back down so we really didn't have much trouble but took some coordinating. We would gladly stay again. ##### Michael G.
