Family vacation hotel

Pretty good hotel for a short family stay. It does show some wear around the pool but overall pretty good. The buffet in the restaurant is overpriced. 25 euro is abit much and for kids 15 euro is 7,50 euro to high.

It was a quick stay but the facility was amazing! The room was clean, spacious and comfortable! The staff was great and the breakfast buffet was wonderful! We didn’t get to use the pool but it was nice and clean. However, swim caps are required for all guests.There was also a lot of fun activities for the entire family!

Quick and comfortable stay

It was a quick stay but the facility was amazing! The room was clean, spacious and comfortable! The staff was great and the breakfast buffet was wonderful! We didn’t get to use the pool but it was nice and clean. However, swim caps are required for all guests and I believe that you can get them at the desk. There was also a lot of fun activities for the entire family!

Brilliant hotel

Had a lovely 3 days. Reception staff were very helpful. Rooms we had were nice, good size but outside space was very limited. Pool was lovely, plent if beds and shade. We didnt know b4 arriving but you have to wear swim hat . Can buy them.in shop for 3 euros. Free shuttle bus into town But we walked down, back up was a bit hsrder innthe heat. The town was lovely at night, plenty going on

Nice hotel, well located

We traveled with our three teenagers around Italy. This hotel was very well located and has a very convenient and easily accessible parking. The rooms and bathroom were comfortable and clean, we had a fully equipped kitchenette. The only reason I gave four stars is because the hotel was probably too “eco-friendly”. There was one blanket for 5 people and we couldn’t adjust the temperature at night when it dropped to 15C outside. Beautiful balconies but chilly at night.

We found this hotel amazing value for money. They did a special deal for Gold Expedia members and we snapped it up! It was very clean. One thing I didn’t like is that we arrived at 8:00pm. We wanted to get something to eat and the only thing that was available was leftover fish and potato and they wanted to charge us €25 each to eat the leftovers. We went to a pizza place down the road which was fine. Breakfast was great though!!

Disappointing! You must wear a bathing cap in the pool and you have to rent one for 3 euro. In our rooms the WiFi was kept dropping and one of our rooms did not have it. Positive - beds were comfortable

We booked this as a reward for the kids to enjoy some bathing after a long day in the car. To our disappointment everything; the pool, the spa, the hammam - everything closed at 19:00. We arrived at 18:30. Everything opened again at 9:30, but the check out time is at 10:00. So this is not adapted for travelers. It looked like it could've been nice, but don't waste your money like we did!

Staff and Service were great very welcoming and friendly and if you have kids they will make you feel at home. Only downside was the breakfast and not having our towels changed daily. In the land of fruits and coffee we had a better time to buy some at the local market. Fruits will taste great at the local market, avoid supermarkets for fruits. Otherwise free parking outside the resort was ok depending on which hours you leave and comeback. I recommend walking from the resort to the city as it can be very challenging to park next to the beach and the local police will fine you mercilessly, It didnt happen to us but local police work 24/7 so you better park in local train stations and walk a bit. Again a big thank you for the staff, my pregnant wife forgot her phone in her room and we were about to leave and they were running across the parking to give it back to us, Thank you again ! :)

Nice hotel, Good pool area. But you must have a bath cape in the pool….15-20min to walk to beach or city center. We drove down, no problem to find parking and the hotel has shuttle service. We recommend it a lot

Nice family-oriented resort

Nice resort with service-minded staff. The room was spaceous with two balconies, air-condition, as well as clean upon arrival. Some essentials was missing, such as dishwashing soap and brush, but except for that most utensils in the kitchen was there. The only thing which was slightly anoying was the constant activities and talking by the pool area.

Other parts were not like the the unkept gardens, footpaths, let down on the activities particularly the football that our two boys were looking forward to, only to be told to go and speak to the activities team. The only suncream for sale in the on site shop was factor 6!! When asked the receptionist for a taxi, I was given a taxi business card, I had to ask them to call them for me! In the description of the room it says daily housekeeping, this is not correct, we had to pay extra for clean towels and toilet paper. In the hotel description it says near the beach, I would say that a 40 minute walk down hill and a 40 minute walk uphill is not close to the beach. The place is missing good vibes and decent leadership.

The AC was broken - hotter inside then outside. They kept on insisting that people were working on it. Defensively, the woman at the front office suggested that is was warm because the door is open to outside. And I said “Yes, I know because it is cooler outside. I am aware that the hotel keycard and doors stop the AC from running. We ran it all night and it does’t work.” It was nearly impossible to sleep in that room. And after 24 hours of no resolution to fix the AC, provide a fan or suggest an alternative, we left early and asked for a refund. They told me to talk to Expedia who wrote up a request for refund. No answer. Very poor customer service. And this is NOT a 4-star resort, it is a run down 2-star timeshare.

Wir (2. Erw. und 2 Kinder) hatten er eine Wohnung, welche vollkommen ausreichend war. Die Küchenzeile war sehr praktisch, sodass man auch etwas kochen könnte.
