"Hands-down the best place to stay in Gatlinburg if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the Parkway area. The hotel is new with beautiful, modern decor. The moment you step inside you are instantly relaxed. Other things I loved: foot bar in the shower to shave legs, upgraded organic coffee in the room, spa-like bathroom amenities and a wonderful, accommodating staff. This is my go-to hotel if I am ever in Gatlinburg again. "

"We really enjoyed having a restaurant and room service. The pool area was very nice. The only thing we was missing was an outdoor pool. We didn’t realize there wasn’t one. The entrance is difficult to find in the dark. We pasted it twice before seeing it. Our stay was great."

"The hotel itself was great. Especially for the money. With a great view overlooking the river. However the picture is very misleading. Doesn’t tell you that you are also overlooking the road. The building needs a lot of work. Stairs were blocked off due to falling debris. Cracks in the walkways also. I would still recommend this place however because the location was great. Lots of parking also. And trolley is right outside on the road."

"I have driven by this lodge for 25 years. I finally decided to try it out since I needed a one night’s stat before a hike in the Smokies. I loved everything about it. Great staff - very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean. Loved the thick towels and comfy bed. Lots of hot water! Pool was nice. Loved that it was walkable to Gatlinburg restaurants and shops. I felt safe as a solo female traveler. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Gatlinburg!"

"Balcony overlooking creek was lovely and relaxing. Room was quite spacious. Great location, relatively quiet area. Great restaurants right across the street. This is an older property, but obviously well loved and maintained. ."

"Plenty of parking. Great proximity to the free trolley. There is no table and chairs to sit inside. There were cobwebs in the high ceilings. Overall it was well worth the great rate. "

"It was an ok stay . we were in Tennessee for business/personal. The breakfast was pretty terrible and it had good reviews. The bed and pillows were the most uncomfortable things to sleep on. The bottom sheet would not stay on for anything. The balcony view was amazing. It was in a quite side of town which was good and it was not the worst walk to skybridge about 20 minutes. Would only stay here again if they allowed dogs - which by the way I did see a lot of dogs that were supposed to be "service dogs" I guess more power to the dog owners that got away with that claim."
