« Location…Location…Location! Exceptional hotel with all the amenities. So close to everything! We parked our car on Friday afternoon and didn’t get back in it until we checked out on Monday. We will definitely stay again! »

« The staff did not care about the place. Not even at breakfast. The Hotel is a new property. But the staff run the Hotel like they do not care. The Lobby seats together with the breakfast area. And staff did not even empty the trash can from the breakfast of the morning before. I mean this Hotel will soon look like crap if they don’t change the staff or re trained them. Too bad because the location is perfect. »

« , very pricey for such an old hotel with paper thin walls you could hear everything from the rooms on each side and outside, also the fire department was literally right behind the building so sirens all night long were not pleasant »

« Beautiful rustic hotel right in downtown Gatlinburg. Staff are all so friendly and welcoming. Good parking available. And a great breakfast included. We had a very comfortable room with a balcony and two rocking chairs. The bed was nice and comfortable and the shower had good pressure and lots of heat. »

« We loved this hotel! Maybe one of our favorite places we have ever stayed, especially for the price. We got a balcony room with 2 queens, and we really enjoyed both starting and ending the day sitting on balcony with the view of the river. Listening to the water flow was just lovely, and I can’t believe this hotel offered that experience at such a low price. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. We loved how separate the bathroom was from the room, as well as having a separate closet....

« Très bon hôtel avec toutes les chambres avec la vue sur la rivière. Hôtel calme avec le personnel très disponible et accueillant. Dommage que la salle du petit déjeuner soit toute petite avec l'obligation de manger dans le hall. »

« We had an amazing stay at this hotel. It’s near the mountains , but close to everything. We especially enjoyed the balcony view option that faced the mountains, it was terrific. We seen several bears throughout our stay while sitting on our balcony…it was so exciting. The pool was great. Our family thoroughly enjoyed every amenity the Hotel offered. The staff were helpful and very friendly. We would definitely stay there again. »

« Lot of noise between rooms and talking outside 11 pm at night. Had someone start up his motorcycle at around 11 pm, Ran it for a good 10 minutes giving it gas then left for about 15 minutes and came back but after stopping, shut it off. Otherwise it was OK. »

« Very nice staff with spacious rooms. Cleaning staff was excellent. Breakfast room was very small and cramped when trying to get food and coffee. Food selections weren't great and the coffee imo was not drinkable but tastes vary. Overall a pleasant stay with wonderful balcony views and sounds. »

« Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Il est assez proche du Parkway et nous y sommes allés à pieds. La chambre est très grande et donne sur la rivière. C’est calme et les lits sont confortables. Les parties communes mériteraient une rénovation. Le petit déjeuner est bien »

« I had total privacy on the balcony of my unit, overlooking the stream and a lovely family of ducks. It was quite a relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely book again! »
