Villa 'Can Marilla' is a spacious and modern vacation home, situated in a prime location next to the Portocolom harbor, in the southeast of Mallorca. This contemporary villa features multiple terraces and balconies that offer stunning sea views and views of the harbor, perfect for enjoying the sun and sea breeze.  
  
The beautiful pool is fenced for the safety of small children and acts as a hedge to ensure family privacy. The villa has a sun terrace and a lawn inviting relaxation, with comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas available for shade. The terrace next to the pool provides a shaded and airy space, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals at its modern dining table. Whether it′s enjoying breakfast in the morning light or watching the sparkling lights of the harbor at night, every moment at Villa 'Marilla' is a delight.  
  
The magnificent living room in the villa′s corner is the perfect place to relax and soak in the magic of this corner of Mallorca. With a predominantly white design that contrasts beautifully with the deep blue of the sky and sea, the living room becomes a cozy retreat.  
  
Spread over two floors and covering approximately 300 square meters, the villa features a living-dining room facing the harbor. This space includes a comfortable sofa area with TV and a long dining table for eight, ideal for family dinners. The sea views, also visible from the bedrooms, make every corner unforgettable. All bedrooms are equipped with 0.90 x 2.00 m beds, and the bathrooms are tastefully designed and very comfortable.  
  
Additionally, Villa 'Can Marilla' offers a playroom for children, furnished with child-sized furniture and an additional sofa, creating an ideal space for play and family fun. The kitchen is fully equipped for daily needs, ensuring nothing is lacking during your stay.  
  
Portocolom is a charming fishing port in Felanitx, known for being one of the largest natural harbors in Mallorca. This tranquil port is a popular refuge for boats in the summer, thanks to its calm waters and maritime charm. The iconic image of its lighthouse over the bay and the Sant Salvador sanctuary adds a special touch to the landscape. Strolling along the harbor is a wonderful experience, attracting thousands of tourists every year.  
  
The coast of Felanitx features numerous pristine coves of exceptional beauty, such as Cala Marçal, which offers various services. Other more secluded coves can be accessed by boats offering excursions from the harbor. With a population of approximately 4,000, which increases during the summer months, Portocolom combines the charm of a fishing port with a vibrant tourist offer that includes supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and local bars.  
  
In addition, the Portocolom Nautical Club is a starting point for many recreational boats embarking on journeys along the coast, making this destination the perfect place for luxury vacations in Mallorca.
