« It is definitely close to things, but quiet and nestled away. Walk out the door to the left and see the Sunsphere and Worlds Fair Park and UT, go to the right and walk towards the market area, or towards the river and South Knoxville. We picked it for convenience to walk everywhere, which we did. The pictures (probably taken after remodel) reflect the space provided, though the space has aged some since then and could use a freshening up and better inside lighting. « The property is lovely, clean and well stocked! Everything was easy about our stay, except for the stairs for these old bones. The apartment is walkable to all downtown shops and restaurants. We had a small dog with us and there were plenty of dog friendly areas. One downside is the number of homeless - sad, and some were sketchy. But this is not uncommon in city areas. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it! »

« Went to Knoxville to watch my grandson pitch for the VOLS. The location of cabin to stadium easy to find and only 10 miles away. Took many walks on the property with our dogs. Felt like home. I’m sure we will be back again next year. The hosts to the property were extremely wonderful. »

« Enjoyed our weekend stay here. Beautifully decorated on the inside. Nice amenities with coffee, cocoa, snacks. House is as described and all communication with the owners were great. Very peaceful and safe neighborhood. Enjoyed the outdoor lightning as well as the neon sign inside. We were here for basketball tournament and this place was about 15 ninutes from the convention center and close to stores, grocery, and many restaurants. Definitely would book here again. »

« Stayed as a group of three to relax on the river and explore Knoxville for memorial day weekend. The boat had plenty of room for us and could have even accomodated 1 or 2 more. All of the essentials were on board and instructions for bathrooms and appliances were clear. The A/C units worked surprisingly well and cooled the rooms quickly. The top deck is the best part as there is tons of space to grill, lounge, and even play cornhole. The marina is super quiet and is perfectly situated right...

« The house can sleep a lot of people, has a cool game room upstairs, and is very close to Rarity Bay golf course. The porch is perfect for hanging out at night and the hot tub is nice. I would recommend this place. »

« Loved the loft. It was a good location for us as we were in town for our daughter’s graduation. We were able to walk to almost everything. Many dining options in the area. The loft was clean and comfortable. We did not cook while staying there, but there were plenty of plates, glasses silverware etc. only issue was the noise outside. This may have been due to the fact that it was graduation week. One of the bars around the corner had very loud music and the celebrating went on well past 2am....

« This was a perfect stay for my friends and I! We loved the authenticity of the home and the old vibes it gave. We had a little issue on check as our door code was changed prior to arrival but the app Dack came to the rescue allowing us to unlock the door whenever we needed.
