This is a great hotel and we would stay there again. Everything was clean and well-maintained, the breakfast was wonderful. The only minor problem was water. Pressure was low and took a some time for the water to heat up. Otherwise, everything was great and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

From this single terrible experience with Expedia trying to reserve two standard hotel rooms for two 80 year old, disabled Vietnam combat veterans, I will never ever work with Expedia again. Having basically fouled up the reservation, they disavowed responsibility and charged me at full rate for a room I could not and did not use. I plan to write each of the four veterans magazines to which I subscribe, plus AAA and AARP, and report to them in painful detail why they should categorically avoid using Expedia when traveling. Expedia should be embarrassed at taking such advantage of the elderly. Stand by for heavy weather! Bruce Valley, Rye, NH
