"When we pulled up there was so much ice on the ground in the parking lot all around the hotel. Then checked in to find out the pool and spa wasn't working the lady said she told everyone for 4 weeks about it and was on website. I never saw anything like that or I would have booked with someone else. Next morning the ice was even thicker and still no ice melt was put down and was trying not to fall to get to my car. I have no desire to stay here again. "

"Can't best this view!! Room faces Lake Superior. You can walk out of the hotel and right onto the walking path along the lake shore. Room was very large and clean. Even though we were on a hall with a hockey team, we didn't hear any noise! Very restful and quiet. Enjoyed 2 hot tubs, so they didn't seem crowded. Like breakfast with variety."

"We had a great trip and stay with our 6 teenagers! These Villas are awesome - cozy and fun. Just be aware that there is zero acoustic separation between rooms so if you snore, everyone will hear it."

"The room was spacious, but the beds were hard, the hotel was run down, and for what you pay, it should have been nicer. There was no free breakfast. "
