"Stayed here while hiking Tallulah Gorge State Park. This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Had to cancel the second night due to how disgusting it was. Staff didn’t disagree and approved refund. If you stay here, this is what you can expect: Hair all over the bathroom and disgusting around toilet and shower Sticky carpet Could hear next door room very loudly Heavy weed smell blowing in from air conditioner Stains on sheets Entirety of the hotel hallways wreaked of cigarettes Room smelled like there was a sewage backup and they never bothered to steam clean afterwards. "

"Cute cottage, not to far from town. Clean and smells nice, relaxing atmosphere with lovely screened porch. Loved watching the birds in the garden and bird bath. "

"Great stay! - The rooms were clean and everything was well organized with great communication from the owner. We did think about the hot tub on the second night, but was disappointed. The water level was too low as was the temp. "

"The house has a homie, cabin feel and we loved it. Everything you need for a getaway is there for your use. It was very clean. Though we like to cook most of our own meals (there is an excellent grocery store in town), we did have a couple of meals out and the local restaurants did not disappoint. Sadly, one of our pups scratched a doorframe in the laundry room, which we will gladly pay for. Also, there is a fire pit and chairs outside which I didn’t see in the pics. Good for relaxing in the evening. Overall, a great experience, minus the puppy drama."

"The cabin is beautiful and in a very private area, Alan & Beth are super helpful and considerate. And Buster does a great job keeping up with the property. I would 100% recommend this place to anybody looking for a quiet getaway!"

"Hotel was adequate, old Hotel that has been remodeled. Room were made up daily and were clean. Check in was just ok, no personality. No Kleenex in room and TV was not much. "
