Thanks to its glass roof, the pool becomes a place of relaxation accessible in any weather in season. It is heated from April 20th to October 15th.
The house consists of a large eat-in kitchen with wood burning stove for the conviviality. The living room has a second fireplace for evenings by the fire. A large room is located on the ground floor, in the continuity of the living room (please note that there are three steps between the bedroom and the living room).
A staircase leads to a master bedroom with shower and adjoining WC, then two other bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and toilet.
This old farmhouse is ideally located to visit the medieval city of Dinan (10 minutes), oysters in Cancale or walk the city of Saint-Malo (30 minutes).
Mont Saint Michel and its bay will amaze you only 45 minutes away.
