"Property was perfect for us. Plenty of room including a bedroom and wc downstairs and an enclosed garden for our dog. The house is in a good neighbourhood I think. We intended to leave our car overnight in the garage but in the end it was too tight a squeeze to get it in (not the property owner's fault!), so we left it in a parking bay each evening and it was fine. We walked to the shops each day only about 10 minutes to the supermarket and we walked to the sea too fairly easily. The only...

Friendly and welcoming owners who gave us great advice about the area. Only a few minutes walk from a gorgeous patisserie, the place it’s self has been beautifully and lovingly designed to a very high standard and our only regret is that we didn’t stay for longer. "These are units within Le Village Cancalais holiday residence. They are very close to the Cancale port where they are numerous wonderful restaurants. The units are a bit cramped with very narrow stairs leading up to the bedrooms. The toilet is downstairs, while the bedrooms and showers are upstairs. The kitchen and bathroom supplies are a bit light and sparse. This is a standard French rental, so it's BYO supplies, but I found it unusual that the bathrooms don't even have hand soap. The...
