Brise Marine is a beautiful, comfortable single-family house with two storeys, located in the heart of Cancale, France. It offers a well-kept garden (fenced) with a lawn, a single garage, and convenient amenities like Internet WiFi, Parking, and a Yard. The vacation rental boasts an excellent location, right in the centre but still quiet, in a traffic-calmed area, just 250 m from the sea and the beach, tucked away in a cul-de-sac.

The property features a well-kept garden (fenced) with a lawn, providing a serene outdoor space for relaxation. Its proximity to the sea and the beach, just 250 m away, offers easy access to the coastal attractions of Cancale. Additionally, the area offers opportunities for various outdoor activities such as golf (24-hole course 25 km away), surf school (12.4 km), minigolf (750 m), and a riding stable (2.2 km).

You will be staying in a 7-room house with a total area of 260 square meters. The house features a spacious living/dining room with a TV (flat screen) that opens out onto a terrace. The ground floor has one large room with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), and one French bed. There is also another room with one French bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table. The kitchen opens onto the garden and terrace. On this level, there is a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. The upper floor has two rooms, each with one French bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), and another room with one bed (90 cm, length 190 cm) and one French bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). This floor also has a balcony, and there is a large office space.  
  
Amenities Included  
The house comes equipped with several amenities to make your vacation comfortable. These include a washing machine, a barbecue area, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a television. The maximum capacity of the house is 13 people, with six bedrooms and two bathrooms available.  
  
Other Information  
The house features a 12 square meter terrace with a south-facing position, providing a beautiful view of the sea. Outdoor furniture is available on the terrace, perfect for al fresco dining or relaxation.
