This is a perfect location for exploring RMNP. We enjoyed the hot tub, fireplace, grill, and comfortable beds. The kitchen could be better stocked, but we made it work. The TV was great for watching the Olympics, and when we needed a break from that, our girls loved playing UNO. We saw an elk from the bedroom window, a moose at RMNP, two bald eagles in town, and lots of deer. Our animal-loving daughters were in heaven! We'd love to stay here again! ##### Amy S. We loved sitting in the hot tub on the deck with the river noise in the background. The hot tub fits at most 2 people. The deck and hot tub area was not as private as I anticipated. This condo is an end unit beside the parking lot so other guests will walk by the deck/hot tub area frequently. It would have been nice to have a small table and 4 chairs on the deck so we could eat meals outside. The fishing gear provided is very poor quality, so if you want to fish, bring your own gear. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and I’d recommend these condos for a family. ##### Becky H.
