"My wife and I spent a week at Rocio's flat. Excellent location right above the Port and all it's activities. The apartment is generously sized and has all amenities. Rocio has decorated it very nicely with many personal touches. The closets are generous and feature built in drawers etc. There is a washing machine but no dishwasher. Loads of space, including three balconies, the one next to the living room space is ideal for family entertainment, to top balcony gives you a 360 view of the sea, mountains and villages. Star watching at night is in readable. Really useful to have a car and the garage is easy to use. The kitchen has everything you need. "This was our 2nd stay at this property. Perfect location to the beach and restaurants. Although the price was good there were a couple of negatives - the small 2nd bath is the size of a small closet and had very poor lighting. Neelum warned us of that but not until we were scheduled to check in. Not a deal breaker. The bedding was a turn off - there were no top sheets, just a very worn bed spread in the double bedroom. I don't remember that from our 1st stay."

"Unfortunately our experience of staying in this property is not the same as previous reviews. Communication with the owner was poor. I had to chase them 5 days before our departure for access details, which I finally received with 2 days to go. At the same time we were advised that to obtain the keys, I could either pay €20 to the cleaner for a meet and greet service, or drive to her home to collect them! However as the owner did not have directions to her property and the cleaner did not speak...
