« It was very noisy in this flat, you can hear the traffic from the road, and the floor in the flat is quirking all the time. Worst thing was the neighbour in the flat above had the same quirky floor, so when he/she woke up at 05.10 in the morning I did not sleep afterwards. Two nights with a bad sleep was not ideal at all. Beyond that, location, cleanliness and easyness in communication was perfect. »

« Beautiful location. An easy, scenic bus ride from the nearest train station. Our family of five felt right at home, with two small grocery stores up the street. Surrounded by beautiful hiking trails, a gorge, and water falls. A quick bus ride and brief walk you can swim in lake Walensee. « Il n'est pas pensable qu'une note de 8.5 ait été attribuée à ce logement. Le ménage n'est pas fait correctement, des papiers trainaient sous le canapé et sous les lits sur une épaisse couche de poussière. Le mobilier est neuf mais la cuisine et la salle de bain sont à refaire. Les appartements sont très mal isolés en termes de bruits. La proximité du tramway est cependant appréciable et permet un accès rapide au centre de Zurich. »
