« I have rarely stayed anywhere that the advertisement understated how awesome the place was. This is it! We were astounded by how beautiful the place was in terms of views. Every side of the unit has exquisite views. We will be back. One thing that is fair to say is that the reviews on the second bedroom are quite accurate. This is ideally a one couple place. « We stayed 4 nights in Wengen and loved every one! The beds were comfy, the kitchen was perfect for breakfasts and dinners and the entire place was clean. We loved the washer and dryer as well. Wengen is a good base for exploring the Alps including Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen. The only thing to note is it is a steep incline up to the train/gondola from this property but it didn't stop us. « We had everything we needed during our stay. The balcony was great to spend the evenings with great views and the kitchen had all the appliances we needed including a coffee machine. The big downside of the unit is the distance from the train station. The agency offers a shuttle service daily to get you there and back, otherwise its a long climb up the hill and after a day or two it really starts to be difficult. Other than that, everything was perfect. We had a small issue with the kids...

"Hôtel bien situé, personnel aimable et bon petit déjeuner. L’accès à l’hôtel depuis l’extérieur est malcommode car il faut monter un escalier raide jusqu’à la réception au 1er étage. L’accès au ski room est tout aussi peu pratique avec un escalier raide à descendre sans main courante. La distribution de l’espace intérieur est surprenante avec des chambres simples exiguës jouxtant des chambres doubles au contraire très grandes, n’aurait-on pu équilibrer davantage ? La salle de bain minuscule est mal agencée avec une robinetterie excentrée sur le passage et un rideau trempant vers le fond de la vasque de la baignoire."
