We were told we needed to pay for towels and we needed to strip our own beds at the end of our stay. Fine, but not for 200 francs per night. We stayed in incredible hotels in Switzerland elsewhere for the same price (checkout the lodge in Niederhorn, for example). The rooms are outdated and simpler than pictured online. Think of a college dormitory from the 80s...smells a bit like it too. The shared bathrooms and showers are rather far from the rooms. The hot tub pictured looks as if it hasn't worked for quite some time.
