We had a room with a big balcony. The breakfast was sufficient. Personal was friendly! The bus stop was very close to the hotel and we went to Lucerne for the day. We didn’t have to worry about finding parking in Lucerne. Unfortuantelly was very hot and also with open windows was difficult to stay. The bed have a good mattress but the base of the bed was not flat with e side more loose than the other. BTW, the shower door is leaking if one uses its rain curtain shower head on top. The only way to avoid the water spilling on the door and leaking out of its bottom gap is to use the hand held. So it is an architectural design fault that the management tried to pin on the guests if they, God Forbid, uses the rain curtain shower head and leave a pool of water out of the door that he or she closed properly. Les pedimos de favor, pagar la diferencia de edad, y groseramente nos dijeron que NO. Después pedimos de favor entrar a la habitación solo una persona para cambiarse, ya que paso por incidente y se mojó, pues no quisieron😡 cuando la habitación ya estaba pagada. La recepcionista hasta nos insultó, nos corrio, y nos amenazo que si no nos íbamos, llamarían a la policía. Cero empatía por parte del personal de equipo del hotel, fue la peor experiencia y humillación de mi vida. Pues el $, pérdida total 😔 Espero que en realidad sirva mi comentario.
