Had a wonderful stay! The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful—they even accommodated changes to my booking despite it being non-refundable, which I really appreciated. The room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with plenty of options, and the coffee was excellent (very strong—just how I like it!). The only minor issue was that the bathtub drained quite slowly, but it wasn’t a big deal for me. Overall, great value and service—I’d definitely stay here again!

Good location, helpful staff, good for trekking

The hotel is a very good location. You'll find many good restaurants that you can walk to around 5-10 minutes, supermarkets, clothing and trekking gear shops, and souvenir stores. The staff were very nice and helpful. You also can start trekking near the hotel. I think it was a wonderful and comfortable stay for trekking visitors.

Conveniently located in town, can easily walk to restaurants & hiking trails. Breakfast included. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had a triple room, basic accommodation. Chill vibe in the lobby/bar area

Staff were very responsive and very very helpful! Couldn’t have asked for better staff. Breakfast was basic. Inexpensive bar in the lobby. They had a water refill. Room was good, bed a little hard for my taste. Even with the crazy winds, the place didn’t shake which is impressive!

Nice, needs a few easy adds to room

Nice hotel, very helpful pleasant staff. Room needs a fridge and kettle with teacups. Staying in your room after long day in mountains is sometimes needed and a fridge and kettle would help this.

Great service in a hotel showing its age

Great service. Great breakfast spread in the morning. Facilities are showing their age a little bit, but nothing that really detracts from the experience. Since the hallways are tiled, sound carries (e.g. closing doors, rolling suitcases, etc.). Speedy internet compared to much of the rest of El Chalten.

Beautiful stay , most credit goes to the staff at the reception Aaron and Sebastien , they were very helpful. - very big pillows, no internet in the rooms, breakfast selection was a bit weird for me , too many cakes and cookies, almost no veggies.

Exceptional staff, very friendly & always in a good mood. Located not far from the bus terminal. Breakfast was typically Argentinian (a lot of sweet things). Lunch boxes available on request.
