Nada bueno, pésima atención, pésimo desayuno, pésima la pileta... solo tiene aire acondicionado la habitación matrimonial, las otras habitaciones un horno!!!

Personal del hotel poco amable para atender gente. Pobre y muy improvisado el desayuno. Experiencia decepcionante. Es lamentable que en la excelente ubicación que tiene haya gente tan poco calificada para atender huéspedes. Estos comentarios se los planteamos a la encargada.

Terrible hotel frente a hermoso parque

De boutique nada. Desayuno de cuarta. Mala atención de los empleados pocas veces vista. Mala la habitación. El baño horrendo. Hasta papel higienico había que pedir. Pero por sobretodo empleados casi maleducados.

Good Hotel ...

Breakfast was not good and the internet service never worked during my stay. Other than that, the hotel is well located, just a few blocks away from main straight and right across a nice park where you can walk or run. The room was comfortable and shower was pretty good. The different employees at the front desk were nice and approachable always willing to help.

Nice boutique hotel off the beaten path

I enjoyed my night and was treated by a complimentary wine tasting. Nice park across the street made for a quiet stay.

Boutique ???

Hola, Estuvimos en un apart y la sensación general fue buena, pero si hay que ponerle un nombre sería "rustico". Claramente no es "boutique". La pileta es pequeña para la cantidad de huespedes que puede tener, e hilando un poco más fino al estacionamiento se le forman grandes charcos (se inunda) cuando llueve. EL hotel es correcto y la sensación general fue buena, pero al llamarse "boutique" esperábamos otra cosa.

no dudaría en volver

si tendría que volver a San Rafael, no dudaría en volver a este Apart, tanto por el trato del personal, su moviliario, la comodidad de tener todo en el apart, y por su ubicación, ... al estar en frente de un parque, es ideal para hacer caminatas en un lugar hermoso y seguro, además de poseer cocheras cubiertas, si uno va con vehículo, pileta y parrilla... todo lo que uno necesita para pasar unos dias confortables...

Tiera morra ligt in een rustige wijk maar op loopafstand van centum en goede restaurants

Wij kregen n olaats van een hotelkamer een huisje. We waren blij verrast, hadden hierdoor een mooi groot balkon. En heel veel ruimte.

En el baño no había prácticamente espacio entre el inodoro y el lavamanos. Sabanas y toallas mejorables. Falta de limpieza.

Good Hotel in San Rafael

Tierra Mora Hotel is in a very good location outside the city center in a nice, residential area. It is walking distance to the newer restaurants and shops in this small resort town. The rooms all face the side street, which can be noisy from motorbikes and traffic. The apartments in the back are for families (sleep 6, I believe) and are much quieter. Security is good, car park, pool and adjacent restaurant/bar. Popular with groups. We enjoyed our stay in an "executive room" with sitting area and "kitchen" area.
