« Nous avons choisis cette demeure en vue d’un week end entre amis. Tout d’abord, les propriétaires et leur gérante immobilier étaient très amicaux et très réactifs. « Very well located charming and cosy room (actually full last floor with separate bathroom and separate toilet) in an old typical house. Great breakfast at the cafe on the corner. We had a lovely long week-end ( and amazing weather) walking or biking around in the beautiful natural parks . Last but not least Renee and Evelyne received us just like friends, they have done everything and beyond what we could have expect to make our stay just great. I recommend it 100% - Thank you ! »

"Pour une nuitée, c'est suffisant. Des oreillers supplémentaires aurait été bien. Pour le wifi, il faut certainement le demander, ça aurait été bien qu'il soit affiché dans la chambre. Le parking se trouve derrière le bâtiment non sécurisé. La barrière de la langue bloque les échanges, ils parlent pas du tout le français. Le petit déjeuner reste léger pour le prix de 12,90€. Il est pas climatisé non plus. Bien placé dans la région, à 3kms du parc phantasialand et non loin d'un DM, REWE, LIDL, KIK et d'autres enseignes."

Upon making my reservation, I specifically booked a family room to accommodate my needs. However, upon my arrival, I was assigned a single room instead. This was not only unexpected but highly inconvenient, as it did not meet the needs of my family during our stay. I had assumed that my reservation details were clear, and I would receive the appropriate room type. Additionally, I faced difficulties regarding parking. The lack of a proper parking space added to my frustration and made my experience even less enjoyable. It was disappointing that such basic expectations were not met during my stay. I kindly request an explanation regarding these issues and a resolution to my concerns. I believe that a gesture of goodwill, such as a refund or compensation, would demonstrate your commitment to customer satisfaction. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
