"The staff was mean, had an attitude and would not even look at you. Check in was at 4 and did not get a room till 6:30. Staff did not apologize or offer any accommodations since I paid for a full night but technically did not get a full night. No entry from pool to beach. You have to walk around the building and walk in by car beach entrance. Great view from room facing beach."

"This property has a very nice lobby area. It was clean and updated nicely. The rest of the property could really use an update as well. The halls and room smelled musty. The chairs at the pool were falling apart. The "restaurant" was only open to serve breakfast which seems like a waste to have the ability to offer other meals and not do so. The good thing is there are plenty of places within walking distance to get food. Our interactions with staff were all lovely."

"I would stay at this hotel again based on the customer service alone! Always available and responded immediately to any questions I had during my stay. The outdoor/pool area was so nice and I loved having access to the beach, 10/10!"
