"In a historic building in the very heart of town center . Rooms are huge, service is amazing. Everything is almost perfect , but for 5starsL I must say: breakfast needs to be improved (quality is excellent , but lacks of choices ) and in a suite coffee station should be mandatory… there was not even a boiler :-("
"My family and I enjoyed a wonderful 3 night stay at the Palazzo. Diana and Francesco were incredibly helpful and informative about the area and restaurants. The service provided by all the staff (including the lovely two ladies at breakfast) was exceptional. We would return in an instant!"

The reception staff
Alonso, Matteo, Virgile, Isabella, Virgilio were very kind and helpful. They suggested places to visit things to do in the area and booked dinner reservations. The Restaurants that they suggested were excellent and all within walking distance.
The Place suggested a spa.
We had a couples massage with Claudia and Enza.
This is one of the best massages we have ever experienced. Thank you Ladies.
Claudia and Enza are very professional and kind.
The Spa is amazing.
We also met the owners of the Palace and had a very nice conversation.
It was a pleasure to meet them.
A shout out for Alfonso which is a very special person.
