I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Lecce, and I went in with pretty high expectations since it’s a 4 star hotel. On the positive side, it was nice enough for a stay in terms of basic convenience and the general location. However, I was genuinely surprised at how dated the room felt. Everything inside seemed quite old and a bit cramped, which didn’t match the four-star expectation I had. It just didn’t have that fresh, modern feel you’d hope for in a hotel of that rating. So while it was okay for a short stay, I have to say I was a bit disappointed by how outdated the room felt overall.

Les +: Pas cher Les -: Loin du centre ville (20-25’ à pied) Piscine à bout de souffle! Chambre vétuste. Le blues du businessman n’avait sans doute pas fréquenté ce Hilton, il n’en aurait pas fait sa résidence secondaire !!! Même pas de kleenex dans la chambre Ça dégrade l’image que l’on peut avoir des Hilton! Petit déjeuner nul. ATTENTION Quartier qui craint. La nuit où nous y étions, des touristes français se sont fait voler leur voiture stationné devant le Hilton. Très fréquent selon le personnel (1 à 2 véhicules par mois!). Il vous reste le parking de l’hôtel … qui est payant!

Séjour agréable avec piscine sur le rooftop

Nous avons passé deux nuits à l’Hilton Garden Inn à Lecce et en sommes globalement satisfaits. L’hôtel est agréable, les chambres sont propres et bien insonorisées, même si nous avons ressenti une odeur de cigarette dans la nôtre. Le petit-déjeuner était plaisant et la piscine sur le rooftop est un vrai plus.

Bra hotell :)

Fina rum och bra service, utmärkt städning. Fin pool på taket men slitna stolar och även ganska slitet överlag på taket. Bra gym, bra frukost och lagom nära centrum (ca 1800 meter), bra promenadavstånd. Litet minus för avsaknad av duschvägg/draperi vid badkaret samt dålig ventilation i badrummen. I övrigt ett mycket bra hotell!

Séjour de 3 nuits dans cet hôtel grand et un peu impersonnel. Grande chambre très confortable et calme, et très bon restaurant pour le dîner. Petit déjeuner correct sans plus mais copieux, par contre les chariots pour débarrasser font un peu ''cantine''. Une navette pour se rendre dans le centre-ville de Lecce serait la bienvenue. Cependant l'hôtel présente un bon rapport qualité-prix. Le parking gratuit sur les rues est aussi un plus.

Værelset var fint, dog med nogle fejl, der trækker ned. Bruser meget tilkalket, det samme var kanten i d til brusekabinen. Cisterneknappen skulle altid have et ekstra specielt tryk, ellers løb vandet. Ellers rigtig pænt badeværelse. Der manglede en separat sengelampe, kunne kun tænde mindst 4-5 lamper ad gangen eller loftlyset i hele rummet. Gulvtæppe virkede ikke beskidte, men lidt nusset og det samme med alle håndklæderne, som ikke længere var hvide. Ingen glas på værelse eller badeværelse, kun tynde plastikkrus. Fint med valg mellem gratis parkering foran hotellet og betalingsparkerering i kælderen under hotellet. Morgenmad lidt kaostisk. Var der tre nætter og spiste hhv kl. 8, 8:30 og 9. Hver gang var der mange borde der manglede afrydning, ingen kaffekopper ved kaffemaskinen, kun pap- og plastikbægre. Virkede som om der var for lidt personale. Fandt først ud af sidste dag, at der faktisk var en barista. Han var der ikke de første to morgener. Generelt for meget engangsservice. Det er vel efterhånden et no go. Rigtig dejligt pool-område. Lidt for store og overhovedet ikke hyggelige veje hvis man ville gå de halvanden km til den historiske del af byen. Vi fandt en p-kælder (Parkejoo) der lå meget centralt til 2 € pr. time. Når man kommer op fra kælderen krydses vejen ved fodgængerovergangen, og så kan man skrå ind på en lille plads og ind bag en stor bygning og så er man i den historiske del. Den historiske bydel var virkelig hyggelig at går rundt i.
