"It was a late start to the trip so we got there late and upon checking in. There was a long line because someone was making a fuss about their reservation. My check in was quick but when we got to our room, it reeked of weed! How can they get away with smoking and there were small children on that floor. I immediately called the front desk to get moved and luckily they accommodated. I never had breakfast there before, which was ok but definitely not worth the buffet price they charged. The staff were extremely nice so it made up for it. The $100 they ‘held’ I never got back bc there were charges I never knew that came with it. Overall the stay was ok"

"The location is great - close to shopping. The rooms need updating. The light in the bathroom was very dim. The beds could use new mattresses. "

"The hotel is very nice. The rooms are clean and well decorated. The staff was friendly and anticipated our needs. Chris at the front desk was great. We stayed just for a night but took advantage of the hot tub and the breakfast. It was a great place to get away to for the night."

"We were disappointed for there was no hot water , for the 2 nights we stayed . Very poor coffee, permanent people living with noisey kids in the room right beside us . The rest of the things were good , clean room & friendly staff . "

"Everything pretty much as expected reviews were pretty accurate. The pool was nice, laundry worked great, staff was super nice. The room definitely could’ve been cleaner, but what do you expect for dog friendly? My only issue was the renovating. Waking up at 8 o’clock sharp to either a Dremel or electric saw going off in the room above was not what I expected or was hoping for. Never had an issue at any other location. "
