If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. But it was dirty. Clearly not new and worn before. Found this absolutely disgusting.Then we found a period pad wrapper under my 5 yr old and 3 yr old daughter’s bed. And thought no way?! Because there were streak marks of the hoover being done under the bed. So surely this should’ve been picked up.Then we noticed our room bin had an old plastic drinking bottle and tissue in the bin. Which technically should’ve been emptied?! Alongside a pillow case which had a mark of dirt of some sort on it.Originally I wasn’t going to complain but then last nights power outage for the evening from 10pm really topped it off. Was worried all the food in the fridge would go off as we had no idea when the power was going to come backHonestly for the amount of money we are paying to stay here, this is definitely not the standard you would expect especially with cleanliness. Shocking in face. Issues after issues.Alongside the appalling communication about the shampoo and body wash. I asked before coming here and was told it would be provided “for your stay” meaning for the 4 days we are here. But no.
