Otherwise they would’ve gotten 5 stars. Staff was available and attentive. Night 1 was excellent with a nice room but a long walk up 4 or 5 floors (without an elevator). Night two was a trip down 2 floors underground and I encountered dust and various flying insects … not a pleasing room. The rooms were functional and the entire place had new carpet. I didn’t like being moved from the penthouse to the dungeon, but I did make 2 separate reservations and they must have run out of good rooms for my second night … although I did request (twice) at check in to not be moved … they just smiled and nodded … and then ignored my request. Lo abbiamo molto apprezzato! La camera era grande, pulita e con tutti i comfort ( dagli asciugamani e accappatoi all'occorrente per una mini colazione/spuntino per il giorno dopo), che venivano giornalmente riforniti. Il personale è stato molto accogliente! L’hôtel est très bien situé et le personnel serviable. Ils nous ont porté notre valise à notre chambre ! Très grande, très confortable, dans le style victorien. Douche super également. L’hôtel a été entièrement refait à neuf très joliment. Dommage que l’espace PDJ n’était pas encore ouvert même si ce n’est pas un gros problème en centre ville. Le parking n’était pas non plus un gros challenge, le St James Quarter étant à 2 pas de là.
