The hotel manager was extremely helpful and informative. Having a free breakfast option was wonderful. The only complaint was that the window did not open all the way and with no AC, it was very hot in the room.

Great access to nearby bus route which was ideal for tourism. The bed was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had all the basics and was very nice. We were greeted via doorbell in a friendly way and given a code for our room upon arrival via text message. The TV in the room was very small and there were some big stains on the walls, some quite high up, and repeated incidence of drain fly in the bathroom, and the showerhead could use a clean so I think the bathroom and bedroom walls could be improved slightly with only a bit more cleaning but only this small reason, otherwise it would have been five stars out of five. We really enjoyed our stay overall and would recommend.

Duncan the manager was very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was very good. Our room was shabby and not very clean. It seemed to be halfway through a renovation. The toilet and sink in the bathroom were immaculate, but the shower cubicle had mould in the grout and the shower tray was chipped in places. The extractor fan was full of dust. The overall decor of the building was run down and tired.

We did enjoy the property and the owners could not be nicer. I would caution that parking is on street, this property is in the city limits in a residential neighborhood.

This is an active farm. You will encounter farm fresh air so if you're a wimp, stay at a Radisson by the airport. But if you want some adventure and the chance to meet real people, then book here.

Excellent value, comfortable and clean

Just a one night stay. Nice spacious room on the top floor. Comfortable bed, tea-making facilities provided. Small shower room, but functional and clean. Respectable quiet area to the south of the city, still within walking distance (30-40 minutes) but there are buses to the city on the next street. Effective modern locks which all have a key code, same on front door. Duncan texts a code to you prior to check in; seems to work well - no keys required. Expansive (free, not expensive!) continental breakfast, with all sorts of food, yogurt, coffee, tea, juice, boiled eggs, cold meat, toast, cheese and more. All round good value comfortable accommodation, Would stay again.

Duncan ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück ist vollkommen ausreichend, aber die Einrichtung sollte mal ein Update bekommen, das Bett Knarzt, die Fenster sind undicht, die Dusche sollte besser gereinigt werden, es ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen für die 2 Tage die wir da waren war es ok länger wäre ich aber nicht geblieben

Host molto gentile ma la struttura necessita di ristrutturazione. Il bagno della camera era davvero piccolo. Nota dolente: non mi è stato segnalato che per parcheggiare dovevo esibire un permesso e così sono stata sanzionata. In un'altra struttura la prima cosa che l'Host mi ha dato è stato il permesso di parcheggio. Pazienza.
