We stayed 4 nights in this property and on the second night, when we came back to our room around 10:20PM, we found out the water to the toilet sink was shut off. Tap water and shower were fine. We called customer service (BTW, there is no person at this property and everything communicated through phone or email), explained the situation. They said they can’t do anything about it at this time. Their property does not have any bathrooms or toilet services in the common area. I event talked to a manager, he was very apologetic, but can’t do anything about it and suggested to go outside and find public toilets in the neighborhood. He said it is what it is and we have to wait till morning when the maintenance group come and fix it. Imagine holding yourself for several hours and not have access to a bathroom!
