Our home is located aprox. 1.8mi. from South Beach, 1.5mi from Edgartown Harbor and 1mi from public access to Edgartown Great Pond. Convenient, wooded and private Edgartown setting. The perfect island getaway to relax or entertain. Family friendly great room and large wrap around deck. Recently redecorated and updated. 55inch Samsung Smart HDTVs. The house is very comfortable, clean, open kitchen and living room and perfect for a family. There is an upstairs loft area to hang out and watch television and a deck off the upstairs bedroom. The location is great and near to everything including Morning Glory Farm which is the best for local produce and a morning muffin and coffee! A great house to spend a week or longer! ##### Lorrie F. It has all the basic necessities and is in a quiet, peaceful setting with easy access to Edgartown. Michael was very helpful and accommodating. No complaints! ##### Emily S.
