The staff is bilingual and couldn’t be nicer. The pool area is an oasis. I especially enjoyed it at sunset. The city of Mérida is beautiful but sometimes a bit hectic and noise. The answer was to step through the front door of Mansión Mérida and be transported to a zen-like atmosphere of tranquility. The owner was warm and welcoming and the staff were superb. Mansión Mérida ranks at the top of our list.
