"I gave a 4 star rating instead of a 5 because Friday night when we checked in, we were unable to watch tv for a couple of hours. We arrived during a storm and were repeatedly told that the storm was blocking the signal - that new cable system was recently installed and when I asked, I was told that no one else complained about it. Other than the tv, the rest of the stay was wonderful. The room was spotless with a pleasing appearance. The bed was comfortable; there was a walk-in shower with a grab bar and the air conditioner was quiet. Our room was facing the back of the hotel and when we looked out the window, we were greeted with trees. That was a nice surprise. Overall we were quite happy with our stay and may stay again, as long as there are no or expected storms taking in the area."

"Hotel was clean, service was good. Hot was working this time. No more buffet in food area everything has it’s on price. Food was just ok. A lot of machines has been replace with others. So my favorite game was gone. Starbucks was perfect."

"We absolutely loved this Lake Martin home. The view from the living room/deck was incredible! We rented a jet ski nearby (less than 10 mins to public ramp), and were able to easily bring it back to the home and tie it to the lovely dock. The sofa was cozy and TV was a good size for a movie night. Loved that there was an ice maker! Absolutely would return :)"

"Adorable property, with plenty of dock space and water frontage. We were worried about weather so we didn’t rent a boat, but there is ample space for one. If you get to meet the owner, what a treat!"
