« Very happy with this property. The beach was awesome, the house was just big enough for 3 of us, the location was convenient to a lot of things. The only 'complaint' I have is there was only one hanger in the whole place. I had to buy some hangers - I left them there for the next guests. The house could use a good deep cleaning - things like the doors, the cabinets, under the beds, etc. We would definitely stay at this cabin again! »

« My husband and I had such an amazing 9 days staying at John’s home on Lake Martin. The house was 5-Stars in every way. Clean, well stocked with essentials, and I loved that the light switches were labeled so we could easily find our way around. « We had a beautiful weekend on the lake with our son. It’s a small cottage with beautiful front porch. Owner lives next door and allows you to use dock and paddle boats. Grill came in handy. No dishwasher but for three people not a big deal to wash dishes. Bring your own lake towels. Plenty of space to park two vehicles. Highly recommend! »

« The home and views were great. The home is well stocked and there was ample space for all 10 of us. The outdoor space was amazing also Parking not so great for us. We all had large vehicles (2 Ford F250’s and 1 Ford Expedition Max. Getting in and out was a tough squeeze but we managed. Parking would be easier for smaller vehicles. »

« Great family weekend stay at Aubrey's cottage! The lot is absolutely perfect and I am pretty sure there is no other lot on the lake like this one. The cabin is so nostalgic of an original Lake Martin cabin. New refrigerator and oven with plenty of space. Bedrooms were all comfy and the beds on the sleeping porch were amazing. Clean cabin, clean lot and great communication with owner. We will come again! »

« This is a verly clean 2 bedroom 2 bath home. The beds are comfortable. You can park your car steps away from the entry, making loading and unloading easy. The hot tub was very clean and large. All the features on it were in working order. It was the nicest hot tub I have been in at rental properties. It was very relaxing to watch the sunrise from the hot tub overlooking the wooded back yard. The host answered all my questions promptly. I had a lovely visit. »

« Relaxing we floated around in water done some fishing! Fishing wasn’t great due to time of year being very hot. Was told catfish is great to catch there but not much on catfish fishing lol! But we enjoyed our stay state park only couple miles away able to rent boats and find whatever you need for fishing swimming picnic very nice park! Would highly recommend. »

« Property is in an ideal location on beautiful Lake Martin. Property Manager was always quick to respond to any questions. The outside deck and pier was fantastic. The inside is updated and well furnished. The only exception is the master bathtub needs to be replaced. The 2nd bathroom tub had some drainage issues. We also found a couple of large utensils that had been put away without being washed. All in all I would recommend this property and would stay here again. »

« We had 31 people in this home. There is plenty of room for everyone!!! The kitchen was a dream kitchen to use and the eating area for everyone was amazing. We also played a card game with 18 people and the long tables worked out great. At first, we thought the configuration of the rooms was interesting. They seemed like individual "hotel" rooms but it worked out great for each of the families. You do access them from outside but it is all covered so not a problem. A cover for the dock...

« We enjoyed our stay. Cabin was very clean & just as advertised. Communication with owner was very good. Didn’t watch the tv but had no problems with internet. Beautiful view from back deck. Brought our pontoon boat so spent most of our time either on the water or on the back deck. Nearest public boat ramp was about 15 minutes away but was no issue at all. Very easy to find. If ever in this area again would definitely consider renting again. »
