The 4-bedroom, 3-bath lakefront home has comfortable accommodations for friends and family and offers magnificent views of beautiful Lake Martin. Spend your days swimming, sun bathing, and fishing off the private dock, and enjoy evenings at the house, watching the sunset while relaxing on the spacious porch. Grill out at home, sample local restaurants or make a short drive into Auburn for dinner. Our family lake house is on a quiet, beautiful part of the lake in the back of a cove in a calm residential neighborhood. Built by our parents, it has been the source of precious memories for over 50 years. We have a large dock with both a covered and an uncovered area along with a floating dock for extra space, just bring your boat or jet skis. On the dock, you will enjoy the cushioned chairs, porch swing, ceiling fans and table that seats 6 on the covered side. The backyard is large and flat with gorgeous mature azaleas. In addition, you will find a concrete basketball court, fire pit, screened in porch, and private boat ramp. We have a float mat, water noodles, and a canoe for you to enjoy. Inside, is a split level with 1 bedroom (double) and full bath on the main level, 2 sets of twin bunk beds with a full bath on the lower level. The master bedroom (king) suite with 2 recliners and a tv in the sitting area is upstairs. The master bathroom is shared with the 2nd upstairs bedroom (queen). Downstairs there’s fun to be had on a rainy day in the large playroom with a full-size pool table/ping pong table and a foosball table, a closet full of games, and fun outdoor games for the whole family to enjoy. The eat-in kitchen seats 6 plus there is a game table on the den that seats 4\. There is a ceiling fan in every room in the house. Looking to entertain on the porch? There is a round picnic table that seats 8 on the screened in porch. We have a propane grill for you to use too. Our home is family friendly, but not child proof. Bedroom 1 - Full Bed + full bath Bedroom 2 - King + shared full bath Bedroom 3 - Queen + shared full bath Bedroom 4- 2 sets of bunk beds + full bath (bed rails are in closet if needed) 2 of these beds are shorter than standard length and should be used for kids KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ essential appliances, full knife set, dishwasher, toaster, hand mixer, crockpot, coffee maker, Keurig, microwave, blender, serving Dishes INDOOR LIVING: open-concept layout, lake decor, 6-person dining table in kitchen + 2 bar stools, 4 person table in family room, Play Room w/full size pool/ping pong table, Foosball Table OUTDOOR LIVING: Fire Pit, Outdoor Family Games, Basketball Court, Large Screened-in Porch w/ rocking chairs, picnic table, & ceiling fans, Gas Grill LAKE LIFE: Large, private, fixed dock w/covered + uncovered area, floating dock, private boat ramp, canoe, float mat, water noodles Water levels are controlled by Alabama Power and during winter pool (November-March), there is no water at the dock. If interested in fishing during winter, there is a public boat ramp w/parking lot less than 0.5 miles from the house. The house was roomy with plenty of living and bedroom space for all. The bunk room was lots of fun for our young granddaughters. There were many many 'toys' for all to enjoy - balls, games, pool/ping pong table, foosball, etc. and all were in excellent shape. We did not use the kitchen but it certainly seemed well appointed. We love to be able to swim off the dock day and night, this did not disappoint. Rented a pontoon and they were able to put it in the water at the house. Plenty of beds which we used every one available and three full baths were appreciated, especially with 7 girls between the ages of 16 - 23\. The basement was stocked with games, a pool table that we used every day. We never turned on the tv. Kitchen had everything you’d need to make a big meal. Grill and fire pit, basketball hoop. It was so perfect. Not one time did I hear anyone was bored. The cove is perfect for paddle boards. The lake itself is incredibly clean and bathwater warm in July. Quiet neighborhood at the top of lake. Less boat traffic which was perfect. House was comfortable and spacious. It was stocked with all the basic necessities and even had extras. We had access to extra lake toys. The personal boat launch was an awesome bonus. Owners were just a phone call away and even allowed us to check in early. ##### Jolie E. It was well stocked and communication with Mr. Murphy was very prompt. It was clean and the extras were beneficial. For example, we used the bbq pit. Also the lily pad. The only downside was the AC upstairs. It took so long to cool off. However the basement was perfect with the game room & bunk beds. It was cool enough too. ##### Debby A. The house was well equipped and super quiet, which is important for those of us who like to sleep in. We brought our boat and had no trouble using the ramp and dock and it was really nice to have both on site. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. We had an issue come up with our boat trailer when we were leaving and the owner had no problem accommodating us while we tried to get that figured out. Highly recommend. ##### Daniel H. The layout of the house is great and our kids had a great time with the outside toys and the game room. The kitchen was well-appointed and there’s plenty of parking.
