About this property

Large newly updated condo in close proximity to town and summer adventures!

  • Located half way between the town of Durango and Purgatory ski lodge. This is a beautiful completely remodeled 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo, that sleeps 10 comfortably. The bedrooms feature 1 king size bed, 3 queen beds, and one sleeper sofa. All beds have quality tempurpedic style memory foam matresses. There are 3 full size bathrooms remodeled with granite countertops and plenty of towels. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit as well as a full size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with pots, pans, utencils, and dining ware. The dining table seats 8 and the breakfast bar seats 3. There is a gas grill and lounge chairs on the patio ready for you to take in the amazing views.

    Additional features of the condo include ceramic floors throughout with carpet in the bedrooms and loft. The condo includes 2 new hot water tanks in order to ensure plenty of hot water throughout your stay. For entertainment purposes, there is one 55 inch flat screen tv in the main living area and 40 inch flat screens in the bedrooms. High speed internet is available with an upload speed of 4Mb.

    During winter months, there is snow removal from the parking lot.

    Guest have access to 2 parking spaces as well as the facilities of Tamarron lodge. The Valley fitness center and pool adjoins the south end of the main lodge at Tamarron. The facility includes a restaurant/bar, a full state of the art fitness facility (complete with full cardio, weights, and classes), an indoor lap pool, a year round heated pool, and a hot tub. The facility also houses a relaxing massage and spa service center. An outdoor play ground and fire pits are available for your enjoyment. Tennis is available with a 1 day advanced sign up with no court fee.

    The mountain views are amazing and magnificent from every window in the condo. Durango offers year round adventures. Our guests now have the ability to play Glacier Club’s Valley course at a discounted rate of $135 for 18 holes with a cart. The Valley course is an 18 hole course at the Tamarron Resort offering world class golf at 7,400 feet above sea level. This course is currently only open to members and Tamarron guests staying in the “designated” golf room. Additional details will be provided upon request.

Awesome place

Location was perfect, between Durango and Purgatory ski resort. Resort has pool and fitness center that were awesome and sleeping arrangements were great. Plenty of room, very comfortable.

Best stay ever!

This has been our best vacation ever! It was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. There was lots of room for our family to spread out. The heated pools and workout area were a huge bonus! The check-in procedure was easiest I’ve ever had with a vacation rental. This condo was even better than we expected from the description. The grounds were beautiful covered with snow. The kids had a blast sledding and making snowmen! It was between Durango and Purgatory Ski Resort, so it was very convenient for all of our activities.

Great Location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place had all the expected amenities plus more and was very spacious. The only problem we had was locating the unit in the middle of the night when we first arrived.

The owners really put thought into what makes it comfortable for guests. The beds are super comfortable and they had plenty of extra pillows that were great quality. Our stay was very comfortable. The indoor pool was pretty cold and outdoor pool had alot of mosquitos but that was our only complaint. Check in and out was very simple.

Wonderful spot

The location of the property is perfect. You have access to the mountains to the north and Durango to the south. Sitting on the deck overlooking the golf course and the Hermosa Cliffs was so relaxing. There were 7 of us and there was more than enough room. I highly recommend.

Did Not Want To Leave

Townhome was very clean and well stocked. Great location and golf was excellent. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. If you are an early bird head to the patio to watch the wildlife. We saw wild turkeys, deer, coyotes, and too many birds to mention while out enjoying our coffee. Owners were wonderful to work with. Would not hesitate to rent this property again.

Durango 2020

We loved staying in Tamarron Village! Quaint , older condos that have been comfortably renovated. This particular one has a beautiful view off both the front and back porches also enjoying a view of a spectacular golf course . Stephanie was a wonderful help guiding us to many fun day trips and eating establishments! We will return!

Absolutely wonderful!

We truly enjoyed our Spring Break at this beautiful and comfortable home! There was plenty of room for our party of six. My family of four took over the upstairs; my husband and I enjoyed the enormous master suite and our two children took over the loft area, while our friends had their privacy in the main floor bedroom. The condo came with everything we could possibly need. It was clean, cozy, and we all felt right at home. And, it was perfectly situated between the city of Durango and Purgatory Resort. The only negative part was having to leave! Thank you for allowing us to stay here!

AMAZING! Will return.

Our stay was nothing short of incredible. It was our first time in Durango but certainly will not be the last!! The owner of the condo was very accommodating and easy to work with. Upon arriving at the condo we were blown away by the space and layout. It was perfect for our group! We have decided to make this a yearly trip and hope to be able to book the same condo again. AND we are thinking we might need to visit Durango in the summer or fall and take in some activities outside of skiing! The resort staff were also very kind and accommodating, Race, who assisted out group in the wee hours of the morning was especially helpful! Thank you again for the amazing experience!!

The property was nicely updated. Everything worked well. The beds were comfortable. However, I feel the floor plan was misrepresented. I expected the loft area to be by itself. The description said it was private and could be closed off. However, the third bedroom access was through the lift area. Having 3 bathrooms was the main attraction for us and that worked well. Way too many stairs for people our age.

The property had everything we needed for two families and is in a great location. Our only problem was that we arrived at 4:00 pm on a very hot day and the air conditioning was not on. The units temperature was 78 degrees and did not cool down until 12 hours later. All of us had a poor nights sleep.

Great property and location!

We enjoyed our stay at your condo! The condo itself is very nice, nice furnishings, very clean, lots of room for everyone! We had 6 in our party and we had plenty of room to be comfortable. My only recommendation would be that you let guests know ahead of time to provide their own toilet paper and things like that. Maybe it was stated in the agreement , but I didn't see it. Not a big deal at all and didn't damper our good time, in the least. Also, the kitchen faucet is broken and in need of repair! Otherwise, this was a great stay. Far enough away from town to feel like you're out of the hustle, but close enough to get there quickly. We really loved it and will be back!

Great place to stay in Durango

We chose this property because we needed a 3 bedroom vs our normal 2 bedroom. This place is very spacious! It can easily accommodate more people - even 2 families with children. The kitchen and baths were updated and well done and it was clean. We felt very comfortable and at home. The location is good - about 15 minutes to Purgatory resort which is why we visit Durango. The only reason that I didn't give this place 5 stars is no covered parking and the memory foam mattresses. We were worried about the mattresses as we are not used to memory foam, but we actually slept decently. The views are gorgeous and it seemed to be a very quiet area. I would stay here again. The main lodge is helpful in booking shuttles, they have a spa and also a restaurant. Emily, at the main lodge, went above and beyond when the weather turned ugly and we needed a shuttle last minute. We were very thankful that she was so helpful.

Overall a nice place but description leaves out a major detail

We had a nice time at this condo overall. The one thing that was very misleading about this place was the fact that the guests staying in the master bedroom upstairs have to walk through the loft bedroom to get to their bedroom. Imagine your in laws walking through you and your husband’s bedroom every morning while you’re still asleep. That really should be mentioned in the online details. Another minor irritation was that there were only 6 dinner plates in the kitchen. We had 7 adults and one 17 year old. Why have a unit that sleeps at least 10 and only 6 big plates? I will say that we had did have a problem when we first got there with missing kitchen towels and the owner was very quick to respond and fix the situation so that was appreciated.
