« The pub was in an ideal location and although on a busy road, we were not bothered by any traffic noise. The staff seemed rushed off their feet and we waited a while for our food with no offer of being able to order another drink whilst we were waiting. However, this has not put us off returning as the food and accommodation was excellent and the staff were very friendly. »

It is clear that the premises had not been subjected to a health and safety impact assessment. For example, the showers were in the bath and no non-slip mats were provided.
