Staff very friendly and doing a great job but Marston's brewery seem to be cutting costs by under staffing more staff needed . The accommodation didn't look great from outside but the rooms were clean with decent space and patio doors onto a small veranda and a shared green space with access to the pub gardens. The riverside pub was good - nice to sit out and enjoy the evening sun. Food was disappointing - £16 for an underwhelming burger.
