The staff were delightful and very helpful. The food at breakfast and in the bar restaurant was excellent. However, there is no air conditioning in the rooms and the bed is too small for two people and uncomfortable. There are also some quirks such as no shared plates in the restaurant and no cider in the bar. The location is excellent being close to O'Connell Street and a short walk to Big Bus, the Liffey, plenty of eateries and museums.

Beautiful hotel with absolutely amazing staff. The room was immaculately clean & comfortable. The included breakfast included cold treats and a full hot menu. The pub / dining room was perfect with a wonderful menu and the food was incredible in flavour & portion size. Above all, every staff member went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

I think we were in a room that had not been updated. Small room, small bed and too hot at night. Had the window open as wide as possible but was kept awake from banging in the alley most of the night. A good location to walk around Dublin.

Stayed one night. Fantastic staff, very comfortable room. Was traveling with my son and my daughter was joining us for evening meal. We arrived at the hotel at 7pm last orders at 7.45pm. My dgt landed at the airport at 7pm. Restaurant staff were so helpful. We ordered for her and they kept the food warm until she arrived. Definitely would stay again.

We had a wonderful two week stay at the Wynn hotel, and our experience exceeded all expectations! What made our stay especially memorable was the incredible staff. I was traveling with my 88 year old aunt and everyone was so kind, patient , thoughtful and helpful with her. They went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and well cared for which meant so much to me. Their compassion and genuine hospitality made us feel welcome and at ease throughout our entire stay. The breakfast was another highlight! The food was delicious, the selection was wonderful and it was a great way to start each day. Spending two weeks at a hotel gives you plenty of opportunities to experience the service firsthand and the Wynn consistently impressed us. The staff made us feel special and their attentiveness to my aunt was something I will always appreciate and remember. Thank you to the entire Wynn team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. Exceptional service, wonderful food and genuine care for your guest make all the difference.
