Anyway I contacted the manager -Mr Shahmir- at First Class as we were early and he was extremely helpful and made sure the apartment was cleaned straight away for us is we could checkin a little early.The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious but I knew this would be as I know Dubai very well having lived there. This is a top location for families and it's a great position right on the beach. This apartment has a great view of the sea and to the front so theres best of all angles and people watching! 5\* for the property and location, but it has to be said 5\* for Mr Shahmir and Vikram for being really helpful. ##### Simon n. Séjour de 28 nuits en mai 2025 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Valeria Voyage en famille avec de jeunes enfants 29 avr. 2025 Points faibles : État et installations de l’hébergement The property is well located on JBR. Communication with host was hectic. You are assigned a "concierge" that knows nothing about your booking and is there only to upsell you on tours and packages. The actual person that manages the booking ia someone else, which was very confusing. The property is just ok, if you are willing to put up with maintainance issues. One of the bathrooms had issues with the sink and shower not draining. When i brought up the issue, i was told to either leave the apartment open for the technician to access or wait around for the technician to come and repair. Given that we were visiting for only 4 days i was not willing to spend my vacation time resolving property issues. Pretty much we could not use one of the bathrooms as the shower would flood the entire bathroom. I also had a single insident of a cockroach in one of the rooms. The kitchen was not very well equipped, what is the point of providing large coffee pods if you have a small nespresso machine in the kitchen. Again beyone my logic.
