I stayed in the Residences section of the hotel, my 1 bedroom apartment was very spacious with 1 1/2 bath, full kitchen and roomy living room section. The room was spotless clean and comfortable and smartly decorated and furnished. The hotel staff from reception to dining room were all attentive and professional. I did the half board option and found the breakfast and dinner buffets to be good assortment and tasty, especially the Indian foods and flavors.

Yes, 100% recommended. Clean rooms, up to date housekeeping service, helpful front office staff and reception, amzing breakfast with great range of menu for healthy choice or regular breakfast. Walkable distance from metro. Local shops around there. Big Shopping mall Nestro on ground floor. What else you need for a super stay. This hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Dubai. It's very close (less than five minute walk) to the Al Qiyadah Metro station, from where you can get to most anywhere in Dubai. On the walk between the hotel and the Metro station one can find not one but TWO supermarkets. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the room is clean, comfortable, and well appointed. With a coffee shop in the lobby, it's got everything you need for a relaxing stay in Dubai.

Gym and pool were okay. Staff were helpful and friendly. Not much to do in terms of activities, however, the metro station was within 5mins walk from hotel, which was very convenient for me. Clean room, and staff were able to help when available. Staff is responsive - I requested a change in something, and they were able to get it done in time.

Located almost beside the metro meant that it was very easy getting to other parts of Dubai. The buffet breakfast was great with staff very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated having the 2-bedroom apartment.

Unfortunately our room felt very dirty. There were stains on the carpet and couch, the floor overall felt yucky and the counters and sink in the bathroom were not clean. The breakfast though was amazing! The staff did provide us a voucher for a free breakfast or upgrade on our next reservation but that expires this year which we won't use. Likely would not book at this hotel again.
