"The stay itself was fine. The communication (or lack of) from staff, especially the management, was absolutely appalling. I got caught up during the Iran conflict and whilst the stay was fine, trying to get responses to emails about anything meaningful to support claiming money back was virtually impossible. Real shame as would be a positive review other than that."
